Ben Thow, fishing at Crofts Bay caught this 410cm whiting, just on dusk on the 11/5/2013.  Godfrey from Strong Refridgeration had a good day on the tuna. There seems to be a whole new school(s)/population of tuna, a little smaller than those that have been caught the last couple of months, that have arrived and are currently spread right through from Portland to South Oz, and in fairly close too. There are still good numbers out at the shelf too, and plenty of albies out wide still too.
A few whiting off Peterborough on Saturday but the sweep were scarce . Huge tides forced boats to be backed down the ramp at boat bay, Peterborough . No beach was available to drive on.

Nick Murrell caught this beautiful trout in one of our local rivers over the weekend.
