Robbie Adamo and Amy Jobsons caught this massive 150kg Tuna at Portland over the weekend. Reports today suggest the bite has slowed a little, but still one barrel landed and one lost.

It’s only a matter of time before these bigger fish turn up at our doorstep again as they make their way along the coast.  Some reports of pinky snapper and the odd gummy shark  being caught from Warrnambool the last week or two. Peter Bishop reported seeing school Tuna busting up whilst bottom fishing but found they were very timid, only landing one on a deep diver.

The Curdies river has also been fishing reasonably well with a few Bream taken to 1kg.
