This brand-new Stabicraft 2750 Ultra Centrecab XL has been built as a premium, long-range offshore fishing rig, combining the legendary stability and safety of Stabicraft with twin Suzuki power, Seakeeper Ride, joystick electronic steering and an extensive Garmin electronics package.

POWER, STEERING & CONTROL
At the transom are twin brand-new Suzuki DF250APX four-strokes, running stainless 3 x 16 x 18.5" propellers and Suzuki Precision Control electronic dual-binnacle rigging with twin SMG digital gauges. The twin-engine configuration delivers the power and redundancy serious offshore boaters look for, backed by Suzuki's smooth electronic throttle and shift system.
Control is taken another step further with a Dometic electronic EPS steering system featuring twin joystick controls and autopilot. A custom fabricated rear control station puts joystick operation right where it's needed when working from the deck, making low-speed manoeuvring, positioning and offshore fishing considerably easier.
Twin SeaStar Xtreme 4" setback jacking plates with SmartStick and Pro-Trim provide further adjustment to optimise engine height and performance.
SEAKEEPER RIDE
One of the standout additions is a 450mm Seakeeper Ride system with keypad control. Using rapidly adjusting transom-mounted controllers, Seakeeper Ride actively manages the boat's running attitude to reduce pitch and roll underway. For offshore anglers, that means a more composed ride through changing sea conditions and improved comfort for everyone aboard.
GARMIN ELECTRONICS & SONAR
The electronics package has been designed around serious offshore use, headlined by a Garmin GPSMAP 8416xsv flush-mounted into the helm alongside a bracket-mounted GPSMAP 1553xsv. A second GPSMAP 1553xsv is positioned at the rear of the cabin roof, providing excellent screen visibility while fishing from the deck.
Sonar capability comes from complementary Airmar 1kW SS175HW and SS175L CHIRP through-hull transducers, paired with a Garmin GSD 28 sonar module. The Ultra Centrecab layout has been further enhanced for extended days and overnight trips. The cabin includes a rear wall with bi-fold door, 4kW Planar diesel heater, Maxwell roof hatch, Porta Potti with privacy curtain, toilet roll holder and custom pillar shelving.
Behind the driver's seat is a custom fabricated storage unit incorporating drawers and a 12V marine Travel Buddy oven, while a Scanstrut ROKK 10W wireless charger adds convenient phone charging at the helm.
There's also a Dometic drawer fridge flush mounted into the shelf unit.
The boat also features U-Dek flooring and coaming, custom decking to the fridge/storage box and side pockets, closed-cell baffling and a transom fold-down seat.
BUILT TO FISH
The fishing fit-out is equally comprehensive. The game transom incorporates tuna tubes, four rod holders, drawer and live bait tank, complemented by gunnel-mounted gaff storage, two custom tackle drawers and electric reel studs on the rear deck.
Additional features include an electric trolling motor mount to port, twin push-button handwash taps in the gunnels, custom transom cages, OceanLED X4 underwater lighting and a STEDI 14" ST4K LED light bar fitted to the bow rails.
ELECTRICAL & OFFSHORE SETUP
The electrical system includes an Enerdrive B-TEC 125Ah LiFePO4 house battery, 40A+ DC-DC charger/MPPT regulator and 200W solar panel with smart solar charge controller, providing a capable house-power system for electronics and accessories during extended days on the water.
Twin crank batteries and twin fuel filters add further redundancy to a package built with offshore use firmly in mind.
TRAILER & FINISH
Underneath is a premium 8m Easytow tri-axle alloy trailer featuring a 190mm I-beam frame, torsion axles, 15" LandCruiser alloy wheels, Dexter break-away braking system, stainless calipers, vented disc rotors and keel rollers. Custom stainless stoneguards, Boat Catch and Boat Buckles make launching, retrieving and towing easier.
Externally, the boat receives Stage 1 metallic paint to the belting-up with coaming fendering, painted roof, handrails and bow rails, plus an extensive internal and external wrap covering the gunnels, deck and pockets. A keel wear strip and port-side three-step boarding ladder with alloy rail complete the exterior fit-out.
The package is supplied ready for the water with a full offshore safety equipment package including GME EPIRB and offshore flares, GME GX750 VHF, Ritchie Sport compass, anchor/rope/chain kit, prop flags and engine chocks, along with 12 months boat and trailer registration.
