The king of Stabicrafts; the 2750 Ultra Centrecab. These come equipped standard with many features unavailable on other boats, and are typically well fitted out with all the accessories needed to fish hard, far offshore and in comfort. This white 2750 is no exception. It came well optioned from factory with an electric toilet and privacy curtain, foam injected pontoons, rear boarding ladder, tan coloured EVA flooring, full white gloss paint, trim tabs, electric motor bracket, rear doors and a cabin galley unit which houses a diesel stove, sink and water tank.
Twin Suzuki DF250s provide 500hp on the rear, and an Easytow 8m trailer upgraded with 16" Landcruiser rims/studs, Dexter breakaway system, Boatcatch, Boat Buckles and upgraded brakes with a spare disc mounted on the side rail. Two thru hull 1kw transducers (SS175HW and SS175LHW) were fitted and ran through a Garmin GPSMap 8416 head unit, with a Garmin Fantom 24x radar and Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot system also fitted. GME took control of comms with a GX700 radio, plus the usual compass and offshore safety kit were added. On the front, we fitted a Minn Kota Terrova 112lb 87" 36v electric motor, plus a Scanstrut phone charger and OceanLED underwater lights. Other accessories added included a pot puller (of course, it's heading to SA), Stedi 14" double row light bar, 12v Travel Buddy marine oven, and trailer stone guards.
A boat like this needs a serious electrical setup, so we got this sorted thanks to Revolution Power. The core of the package is 3 100ah 12v lithium Enerdrive batteries running through a 36v converter, with charging covered by a 12/2000 charger, Blue Smart charger and 2x 25ah DCDC chargers. In addition, there's solar input, a smart shunt, and this can all be monitored through a Garmin display.
