With summer now here and the water police out enforcing the marine safety laws, it’s a good time to brush up on your boat’s safety requirements for the fishing you generally do. Don’t forget to keep your lifejackets serviced, make sure your EPIRBs and flares are in date and that your torch works with charged batteries. If anything was ever to happen out on the water, you’d be glad you kept all your equipment in date and good working order as it exists for a reason.
